All purchased items can be returned free of charge. If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, please proceed as follows:
Within 14 days after delivery you can repeal in written form by sending us an e-mail or a letter. We recommend to use our cancellation form template (enclosed with your package). After sending us the form, please return the items within 14 days.
TERMS FOR RETURNS
All return shipments are made solely using the same service as the original delivery (e.g. UPS). Please request a return label via e-mail (email@example.com).
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country, which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Austria, for instance, we can only accept a return from Austria.
We can only accept returns under the following terms:
- The item is in its original condition
- The item has not been worn or altered.
- The tags and certificates are still attached to the item.
- The return shipment is made using the same service as the original delivery.
Returns, which do not meet the terms listed above cannot be accepted.
Items, returned later than 14 days after receipt can only be accepted after prior written consent of LANOUVE.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days after the incoming of your return till you receive your refund.
We will refund the money onto your account/credit card. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
In case items have been purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Within a period of 14 days after delivery, you can exchange items – except unique items – free of charge. We can only exchange items in their original condition, which haven’t been worn and still have tags and certificates attached. All items have to be returned in the same package using the same service as the original delivery. Please apply for the return label by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating the reason for exchange and forwarding us your contact data and the order number.
Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item. In the event that the product is no longer available, we will refund your payment to the selected payment method, you chose in the course of your order. It is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new item will be sent to you as soon as we have received the item you want to exchange.
